The 3rd Elba Workshop on Forward Physics @ LHC Energy will be held in La Biodola, Isola d'Elba, Italy, from 30 May 2016 to 1 June 2016.

The forward physics discovery potential within the current theoretical frameworks and beyond Standard Model at 13 TeV energy will be analyzed. The perspectives of the main current forward experiments at the LHC are on focus, as well as the required detector developments and accelerator operations.
