Main text
Could be divided into first, second and third level section each with a short description title with only first word capitalized (use \section, \subsection).
- The words figure, equation and reference must be abbreviated as fig., eq., ref. only if they are not the first word of a sentence, the word table is written in full;
- the contractions i.e, e.g., et al. are to be set in italics;
- chemical formulas, units of measure and acronymous should be set in Roman;
- mathematical symbols should be set in italics except differentials, d, standard mathematical functions (exp, log, sin, cos, etc.);
- vectors and tensors should be set in bold and sans serif bold, respectively;
- for fractions in the text use the solidus with the parenthesis necessary to avoid ambiguities;
- for units of measure use the standard ISI abbreviations.
Acknowledgments

References
Literature citations of periodicals [1], books [2], conference proceedings [3] and preprints [4] should be organised according to the following examples after the International Standard ISO Document no.690. Journal names should be abbreviated according to the list of the Serial Title Word Abbreviations of the ISDS (International Serial Data System) if available, otherwise full journal names are preferable. Remember that, in order to be useful to the reader, references should be complete and correct in all their parts. If a paper is not published yet, indicate clearly the journal where it should be published or to which it is submitted.

LaTeX hint: use \label, \ref, \bibitem and \cite for all cross-references, do not insert them "by hand" like eq. (2) or ref. [12].
Captions
Figure and table captions should be written in a single paragraph without indentation and numbered with arabic numerals as they are cited in the text.
Figures
Should be cited in the main text.
The EPS files should be created with the following characteristics:
- no preview;
- ASCII encoding and no CTRL-Ds;
- Encapsulated Postscript (not just Postscript);
- all non-standard fonts needed (i.e. others than Times, Helvetica, Courier, etc.) downloaded into the file.
When producing encapsulated postscript file make sure that the lines be never below 0.2 pt width. The preferred macropackage for including EPS graphic files in the Latex graphicx.
