Workshop The promises and Dark Sides of Artificial Intelligence in NMR, MRI and Neuroscience
The GIDRM Workshop "The promises and Dark Sides of Artificial Intelligence in NMR, MRI and Neuroscience" will be held live online on 19 February 2021.
The workshop is organized both in virtual and live sessions:
- Virtual Workshop: All talks will be recorded in advance and be made available from 15 January until 31 March 2021. During this timeframe, every talk will be coupled to a virtual (chat) discussion room for speakers to interact with attendees in asynchronous Q&A.
- Live sessions: Every talk will be assigned a timeslot for live attendance, and realtime Q&A in one of multiple breakout rooms on 19 February 2021. This is your chance to meet the speakers, ask your questions LIVE and discuss your collaborative ideas!
The primary goal of this workshop is to bring together the diverse but overlapping communities of physicists, chemists, computer scientist, biologists, clinicians and neuroscientists to explore novel, out-of-the box angles through which trans-disciplinary challenges in NMR, MRI and neuroscience research and technology can be tackled using Artificial Intelligence.
Main topics:
Hardware and sequence design through AI
AI for image reconstruction
AI for image analysis and statistical inference
Interpretability and Explainability
AI for neuroscience and clinical applications
Current challenges and future perspectives
Deadline for registration is 14 February 2021.
